Growing Up Inside
A 5 week online program to help you develop resilience &
a growth mindset for dealing with life challenges
Sometimes I get frustrated with myself that I’m still dealing with some of the same challenges I experienced as a 14 year old.
I’m realizing that growth is a lifelong process, and at times we are slow learners in some areas, and fast at picking up skills in other areas.
This process of learning is such a part of life. Having a growth mindset, understanding that growth can happen for all of us as we put forth effort over time, can be helpful as we face those recurring struggles.
Resilience is necessary to our survival. Knowing that we can successfully deal with hard things can set us up for long term growth. Knowing how to deal with failure is a part of this too, because it happens to all of us.
One of the things I’ve found to be helpful in my own life, with my own struggles, is MINDFULNESS.
I’m hoping that you will find this program to be life changing.

Why meditation?

Research has shown that people who meditate regularly experience many benefits - mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Mindfulness meditation can increase your confidence and ability to deal with hard things, and change the way you approach problems. It promotes the development of resilience and a growth mindset - the ability to approach life challenges in a healthy way.
Why Christine?

I spent 8 months meditating and learning from experts from all over the country in order to obtain a Certificate for Mindfulness in Psychotherapy. I have helped clients learn how to use mindfulness in practical ways to overcome challenges. I’ve also used mindfulness meditation with my own family of seven children (that’s been fun, let me tell you!), and continue to teach my children the practices and attitudes that are a part of mindfulness.
In addition to the specific benefits identified in research, you may find that with a mindfulness practice
- You find it easier to be in tune with others, to have meaningful connections, better boundaries, more self-confidence, accountability, and courage.
- You get good at doing hard things, at regulating emotions, managing stress, and being a flexible problem solver.
- You cultivate a sense of humor, patience with others, and the ability to choose wisely.
Too good to be true?

One of the reasons that a regular mindfulness meditation practice is so powerful is that it *creates neural pathways in the areas of the brain associated with relationships, impulse control, and self regulation.
*As shown by research
It's not a miracle cure, just a brain exercise that affects a really important area of the brain.
As a reminder, if you choose to sign up for this course you will receive:
