Introduction

If you are reading this, you probably have a problem that you are looking to solve. There is something that is keeping you up at night, getting in the way of work or relationships, or just your ability to function. When things get really hard, we get motivated to do something differently - we get motivated to change.
Sometimes we think that we're done growing up if we've reached adult size. The truth is, we continue to grow throughout our lives, and when we get stuck in a situation, behavior or mindset, it's uncomfortable. We don't like stalling.
There are some things that will not change no matter how old we get. But it's good to be aware of our patterns and be curious about what is helping us, and what might be creating problems in different areas of our lives.
Let's take a look at what's going on in your life, and see if we can shift things a bit to get you growing again.

Christine has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
Christine has been working with adults and children in various settings in Saint George since 2011.

Christine uses an individual approach combining principles of neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. She has done additional extensive training, receiving a Certificate in Mindfulness in Psychotherapy in 2014. She has also done certificate training in personality disorders, the science of energy healing, mental health integrative medicine, Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training, and trauma work. She recently spoke internationally on mindfulness at the Women Economic Forum in Egypt in March 2020, where she received an award for Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All. She currently has a program available on The Best You Online platform and will be speaking at The Best You Online Event this fall.
Christine and her husband Jeff have parented a lot of children for a lot of years. Specifically they have more than 24 years experience parenting, and are grandparents to one sweet baby boy. They are parents to six biological children, one adopted child, and have fostered five children over the past few years. They currently have five children in their home.
From her work with clients as well as personal experience, Christine has helped adults and children cope with divorce, death, loss, addiction, trauma, reactive attachment disorder, ADHD, behavioral issues, sleep problems, anxiety, depression, bipolar, autism, Asperger’s, OCD, and schizophrenia.
Christine combines her training with her personal experience and empathy for other individuals and families as she helps others find practical tools to cope with their unique challenges.
